We created Aesthetics Collective Academy because we were you — two aestheticians in the middle of it all, juggling fully booked schedules, management responsibilities, and a constant hunger to grow.
We met while working side by side at a busy plastic surgery and med spa facility in Salt Lake City, UT. In that high-demand, fast-paced environment, we found ourselves aligned on everything: how to deliver real results, navigate challenging skin conditions, retain loyal clients, and keep it all compliant. There was no downtime — just hustle, passion, and a lot of figuring it out on our own.
We constantly searched for better resources to serve our clients, boost our offerings, and build careers we were proud of. That’s when we realized:
What we needed didn’t exist — so we built it.
Aesthetics Collective Academy was born from that moment. With over 20 years of combined experience, we’ve turned everything we’ve learned into practical, professional resources to support the next generation of aestheticians.

MEET KAT
Founder · Licensed Master Esthetician
Kat began her career with a deep desire to care for others, first as a CNA, then unexpectedly finding her calling in aesthetics. Over the last 14 years, she’s built a career across spas and med spas in Salt Lake City and Las Vegas — holding roles in management, education, and advanced clinical treatments.
Known for her ability to teach with both clarity and compassion, Kat’s passion lies in helping estheticians bridge the gap between school and real-world success. Today, she balances co-leading Aesthetics Collective Academy with being a proud mom to her miracle baby Asher and wife to her junior high sweetheart.
Founder · Licensed Master Esthetician
Rachel began her aesthetics career seeking more than just a job — she wanted work she truly loved. She left Tennessee to study at The National Institute of Medical Aesthetics in Salt Lake City, earning her Master Aesthetician license and entering the med spa world.
Rising from provider to General Manager at a top Salt Lake City med spa, she gained deep experience in treatments, client care, and operations. Returning home, she founded Aesthetics Collective MedSpa, blending results-driven aesthetics with a passion for supporting others.
Now, Rachel balances business and family life with her husband and three Goldendoodles!
